Chuck McDiarmid Visits NB!

Chuck McDiarmid (RCA High Performance Development Coordinator) will be giving a presentation on Wednesday, December 7th at UNB Fredericton (Lady Beaverbrook Gym, room C210) at 5:30 pm. His talk will be directed to athletes regarding opportunities with RCA, standards and expectations and training volumes. There will also be useful discussions for coaches regarding RADAR/TID and how it works, in addition to training expectations at different levels.
All are encouraged to join us!
Introduction to Strength Session
There is an introductory strength training session for all potential Team NB athletes with Ken Seamen on Saturday, November 26th, at 10:00 at the New Brunswick Sport Performance Centre at the Lady Beaverbrook Gym at UNB-Fredericton. Please contact your coach for more details.
LTAD/NCCP update Workshop
January 7th, 2012
RNBA is hosting a Long Term Athlete Development and update on the new NCCP workshop this Saturday, January 14th at Rothesay Netherwood School in Rothesay, NB. Carolyn Trono from RCA will be working with key members of RNBA and clubs to ensure implementation of the LTAD pathway during programming initiatives for this upcoming season and those to come.
